Step 1: You place your order

Step 2: We contact you to confirm your order
After you place your order, one of our agents will contact you to confirm the order, usually within 2-3 working days. We will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm the order. Our agent will also show you the actual pictures or videos of the product(s) so you can select the best product.
Step 3: You send us the payment via bank transfer
After your order is confirmed, we will ask you to make the payment using one of the methods given below.

You can also pay via TransferWise or Remitly. It only requires a few clicks and we would be able to receive your money much faster compared to the bank transfer. Also, you would be able to know exactly where your money is in the transfer process.
Note: It’s possible to receive business payments via TransferWise or Remitly in Pakistan. As a workaround, we also use a personal account to collect these types of payments. The personal account is linked to our business account.
Step 4: We ship your order via DHL/FedEx
After we get the payment, we will ship the order to your address via DHL/FedEx depends on particular country you belong. We will give you the tracking number so you can keep track of your order.
